The challenge
Our client, a prominent player in the construction industry, had a specific business need to find experienced lawyers who could handle a plethora of roles. This included operating solely on some of their largest projects, being part of the project leadership team, and acting as the
project’s Contracts and Compliance Leader.
This newly created role was pivotal in ensuring all legal and regulatory guidelines were followed, while overseeing project contracts and compliance matters.
The organisation required a number of exceptional candidates, based across numerous locations local
to where their major projects were, who possessed both legal expertise and a deep understanding of how
projects are procured, set up contractually, and delivered efficiently.
As a new role within the industry, there was a job to be done in understanding how we would take the role to
market, what kind of candidate would thrive in this role such and how we could research and engage new talent to fill this position.
